Gina is the Principle Event Coordinator of D’lish Catering & Special Event Co. She has 15 years experience in hospitality & event coordination. In her native Australia Gina owned and operated two restaurants with her sister Leigh and worked for major catering & event companies including Rockpool Catering & Blue Rock Catering & Events at Fox Studios, coordinating high profile events from 10 guests to 5000 guests. Her attention to detail coupled with her graciousness and ability to trouble shoot issues is clearly invaluable. With an eye for detail, she thrives at making each event a memorable one working with the client toward their vision and delivering it with aloha.
